晉升前景:

Position is meaningless in this company, lack of labour force and technical person. If you are a manager , you still need to take care of sales stuff.

No time or opportunity for you to develop you technical basement. You are required to response for large scale and complex system design in the first month.

Normal reputation from ASCL, loss of middle management in 2015 with some brand dealership(QSC). Not too much competitive even carrying several brands in Hong Kong. Really not attractive from consultant side.

You should be take care of the outlook of ASCL. Although ASCL is M&A by TICO from China, it still debit a lot based on non-finished construction, eg: Louis XIII Macau.

工作範圍:

From front to back – handling all stuff start from first month EVEN I am a fresh ONLY!

Mainly dealing with tenders/projects, including ALL pre-sales(system design, price setting, search inf. from competitors – legitimate or illegal required by boss, prepare quotation, prepare presentation and PPT by yourself, Budget proposal, demo presentaion, tender interview…etc. ) and after-sales(project management: control delivery date, after-sales minor stuffs, mainly deal with end-user, T&C, etc.)

In short, you need to handle all of the fucking stuffs exclude the shipping and installation.
You have no technical support in the pre-sales level, maybe you can ask Project Engineer, they are nice person but always out for work.
Of course you can ask your future colleague- [redacted].

In this company, ASCL and CAH are operate in one office which is same with sales team. So your sales team will have 8 ppl including you, 1 head, 2 sales from CAH, 2 sales suppurt ppl(including 1 bitch), 1 sales assistant for shipment and warranty and 2 sales from ASCL including you.

Before you enter into this company, you must consider about your work-life balance and company culture very carefully if you are fresh in AV Industry. You have no time to equip yourself for the technical skills because after one week you need to prepare quotation.

For my own experience; after 3 weeks, you need to handle for EMSD tender with complicated
and poor system design and you need to revise your own; after 2 months, you need to response for 10+ millions tenders with 5-6 tenders/project which keep processing together: after 3 months, you need to take care of 40 millions ASD tender which is very very very fucking mess and complicated system design. You must deal with main con(Paul Y, etc) for pricing strategy by yourself even you have no skills.

Crazy company with crazy structure. (2 salesperson vs 20+ ppl scale project team)

Heavy lack of sales team and light lack of project team. Keep losing of employee. e.g: 8 employees resigned in 2016(30 ppl scale company).

Shit sales team. shit management.

Heavy requirement of sales force. No opportunity for your skill development.
Crazy colleague and boss, they love work with full “passion”. Normal working of them(by yours very fucking soon): 9:30 pm till 19:30-20:00 pm, most likely till 22:00.

Very selfish and arrogant colleagues [redacted]. They will give you shit when you need help and fuck you up with invasive words.

Very very very fucking heavy workload. You need to handle 5-6 tenders in the same time, mostly likely 9-10. You have no time for lunch in 50-50 time.
Tender work till 1930-20:00. OT should be necessary with no fucking pay.

Salary: 12K for fresh, 15K for 3 years experiences.
Commission: 0.5% of tender sum and I get shit till resign.
will give you the commission and bonus in the start of year, maybe near Chinese new year.

All in all, shit GM, shit management, shit sales colleague.
