“the company would decide the department you work in, and you only have 2 months time for job rotation. “The culture is really so “Chinese” that the mainlanders would only send Chinese email and all the works complete in Chinese, it is not like other firms practice. The structure is weird that all the products are so mainland style and not localize to HK market.Also the internal cross-departmental communication is weak.
