“The team manager is crazy & jobs are very challenging, not because of the difficulty but because they only gave you little time to do, lots of daily works and at the same time lots of ad-hoc projects.
Be careful that the commission is count quarterly & only half of the commission will be paid out after the end of each quarter, which no one told me during the 1-3 rounds interview. The second half part of the commission for the 4 quarters will be paid out like a yearly bonus after the end of the previous year. DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE. Haven’t seen a such commission system in FMCG industry. KPIs somehow are hard to achieve. Even you meet the target, the total expected commission throughout the year will only be around 3-months salary. No double pay, no year end bonus.
