You basically find cases from such exotic jurisdictions as South Africa on a very narrow, but important, legal issue, and present the same in a succinct manner to his Lordship as to why the Hong Kong Court of Appeal should or should not adopt the same line of legal reasoning. “-  Anonymous –23.7.2015
