工時合理：

“正常日子：8:45am – 6:15pm

繁忙日子：8:45am – 9:00pm (depends on where you work; in some places, ppl never OT)“– Anonymous 24.4.2016

 

晉升前景：

“Unless your post is project funded (you can make a good guess based on the job descriptions), your contract is likely to be renewed.
Can be promoted to Project Coordinator I (Max Pt 27) [with conditions of course], but there seems to be no further promotion after that.
Apply for EO posts if you want more promotion chances (faculty/registry EOs may have chances to be promoted to beyond EO I)
Many ppl will look for promotion chances by switching among different tertiary institutes.
Work experience here not very useful for other careers unless maybe for EO posts in other NGOs.
