“Actually the score varies among individuals as to a large extent your assigned jobs affect what you do, your colleague and when you off.

Personally, it is quite good.
1. colleagues mostly friendly, kinda relaxed comparing to other big4
2. Partners rather open and no shit culture like 陪坐or politics
3. most senior willin to coach junior
4. we have a team trip annually as a reward
5. only EY offers 1 qualification Qpay

1. some not-relevant staff loan jobs to clients doing admin work
2. some long (>3months) jobs
3. ppl kinda wasted time on checking&discovering colleagues’ booking as it is not entirely accurate
4. junior will be loaned to Audit every year for about 2 months (well you can treat this as wide exposure)
5. ppl also a bit wasted time on handling admin of every job’s hours charged. altho it is right for field-in-charge and Managers or above to care, sometimes it gets meaningless for junior and there are some time spent on reallocating already charged hours.
