“I don’t see any promotion within this company at all/ In April, almost 5 people resigned from this company. I believe some of them were ask to leave, this is not this first time happened. However, management people don’t care. I would say this company handle by 1 director, 1 assistant director, 1 25 years old kid with the tittle of Assistant Head of department. Then they have some people work oversea who is a manager grade.
