“匯豐銀行嘅global banking advisory主要都係做下mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, serve下唔同client嘅need

平日做咩好睇team,m&a比較忙因為好多時候都要同幾條唔同嘅sector team做transaction,但同一時間experience同exposure好好多不過平均就每晚放11點幾(都好過其他bulge bracket好多)

sector好多時候要見客,做好多research,同個客人有strategic dialogue,好快做到sector specialist,有時覺得自己識同學嘅嘢仲多過好多做咗industry好多年嘅人

無論係sector定係m&a都好多modeling同financial analysis嘅機會

“senior好照顧我哋,hr亦都好比心機令到我哋多啲exposure,同時係個analyst program裡面學到最多嘅嘢

加上滙豐做deal比較selective啲,好多時候只會advise比較大同賺錢嘅deal,唔會好似其他行咁咩都pitch咩都,所以junior比較輕鬆,雖然deal experience未必夠多,但隻隻都靚,而且lending個邊成日同我哋合作,所以pitch起上嚟都特別易

公司福利唔差,醫療保險同公積金plan好好,最重要就係按揭,你做global banking advisory一兩年已經可以買千萬豪宅

有hr phone in之後business in,外國讀書個班仲會比機票你返香港interview,可以睇得出匯豐對talent pipeline有幾重視

我哋要求比較well rounded嘅candidate,唔會話你淨係識investment banking technical或者以為自己名牌大學就得

我哋一年都reject唔少oxbridge嘅candidate,亦都試過請香港非三大嘅同事,更重要係睇你business acumen同埋對呢份工嘅passion
