晉升前景：

“No return offer but have fast track for intern
Don’t have an exact number/percentage of intern which can be MT afterwards
Saw quite a number of interns worked in other property developer as a MT or Gov (AO) after graduation.

However I am against Anon’s view dated 12.1.2017. I believe few worked in Banking after graduation because students that prefer bank would have taken bank intern offers instead of Swire intern offers. “–  Anonymous – 19.1.2017

“Mostly Aviation (~70%) Assign according to intern requests from all Swire companies/departments
Mostly project based work
Specific job roles/duties will be assigned on first day of work
