“- Review and recommend improvements to replenishment / provisioning logic
– Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of HAECO Material Planning System
– Liaise with Commercial and Production departments for RFP
– Generate / review reports from HAECO Material Control System and databank as required for material analysis and provide recommendations
– Review processes and make recommendations as to where savings in cost or better delivery can be realized
– Coordinate with Production, Technical Services and Quality departments on parts interchangeability approvals
– Produce business case analysis and scenario analysis to support Stores and Logistics customer RFP / business development
– Liaise with Commercial & Stakeholder for business case development and RFP response
– Liaise with Finance for departmental financial activities and support internal Business Units for re-charge analysis
– Monitor revenue / expenses per budget and alert senior on risks with potential resolutions
– Develop criteria for filtering and validating System – Requests generated from Material Management sections / for Material Management owned systems and co-ordinate with IT for development
– Co-ordinate with IT and key users to establish critical guidelines for handling of major issues and configurations for Material Management systems
– Liaise with users and document user requirements for system development
– Consolidate potential system enhancement initiatives and facilitates management
– Produce System Requests analysis and identify potential system enhancement initiatives
– Identify and report deviation in terms of key project milestones
– Explore and formulate initiative to streamline / optimize existing operations
– Update Material Management Business Continuity – Plan as per corporate guidelines
– Process user enquiries independently
– Perform supervisory duties
