我的「工作日程」/ My daily routine:
- 上班 Morning (8:00AM – 10AM)
Start your work at 9:00 am. Depends on your manager, sometimes you are ok even if you are late to office for 15 minutes.
- 11-12時 11AM-12PM
You spend most of your time reviewing your colleague’s work and helping them approve journal postings. You will also need to report to your managers the progress of the important projects.
- 中午 12PM- 2PM Afternoon
Review colleague’s work while preparing reporting packages or other management reports, be it for Senior management (e.g. Vice Presidents), be it for internal audit. Also, be prepared for lunch
- 下午 3PM – 5:30PM Late afternoon
Answer questions from your client (i.e. your assigned department or office). As you will be in charge of more than one office/dept, you will be busy handling them as well as questions raised from your colleagues.

The same work of the above time but more or less you are prepared to pack your stuff to leave sharp at 6:00 pm.
