坐入 operation center 準備 - 11-12時 11AM-12PM
睇 email 跟 case 到食飯。中間亂七八糟的工作要跟 - 中午 12PM- 2PM Afternoon
有空就可以食 lunch. 但很多時候，要 3-4 點先食得 - 下午 3PM – 5:30PM Late afternoon
忙到[redacted]既時間，好彩先收到工。同 Team 既人手，一半係懶蟲 - 5:30PM 之後 After 5:30PM
