“三菱電機通常請Assistant Engineer 都係入Social Infrastructure division,，入面分咗做三個department, sake&marketing, engineering 同埋 construction，如果你見到construction department請人既話，就千其唔好報，成個部門少過10個人，呢個位經常有人走，一走就走幾個，新人入左黎唔夠一個月又走人，基本上你有8成時間都係site做野，同埋d senior 大部分都係就退休既老人，加人工一年加1-2%（低過通漲），上位就唔洗諗架啦，唔係日本人就唔好諗會有機會升做管理層，可想而知幾唔好做。
