“三菱電機通常請Assistant Engineer 都係入Social Infrastructure division,,入面分咗做三個department, sake&marketing, engineering 同埋 construction,如果你見到construction department請人既話,就千其唔好報,成個部門少過10個人,呢個位經常有人走,一走就走幾個,新人入左黎唔夠一個月又走人,基本上你有8成時間都係site做野,同埋d senior 大部分都係就退休既老人,加人工一年加1-2%(低過通漲),上位就唔洗諗架啦,唔係日本人就唔好諗會有機會升做管理層,可想而知幾唔好做。
