“Replenishment Solutions Department:
**Composed of both HK and China team for offering end to end supply chain planning services for both internal brands and clients’ brands in USA and HK
**Strategic division in the company to serve customers with value-added services
**Strong experience in Vendor Managed Inventory Planning
**A gateway to obtain strong demand and supply planning experience
1.) Demand and supply forecast planning
-Develop retail sales forecast by considering marketing plans, trends, AUR$ to minimize forecast bias
-Calculate the garment supply plan to local warehouse
2.) Inventory control (warehouse and stores)
-Develop ideal warehouse and store re-order points based on seasonality and company’s strategy
3.) Replenishment & allocation, OTB budget planning
-Perform daily replenishment from warehouses to stores by building allocation logic
-Develop Open-To-Buy plan
-Support store sales events by prior build up
4.) Data analytic & modeling
-Analytic (Price, product trend, geographic, assortment, product mix, promotion event sales Lift, etc)
-Forecasting modeling
5.) Manage product phase in and phase out
-Determine the optimal buy for each season
-Perform in-season chase and markdown analysis and provide action plans for best sellers/ low performers
6.) Material control and shipment coordination
-Fabric material control and work closely with factory on order fulfillment
7.) Sending monthly reports for call-out to clients and management
8.) Promotion of replenishment services to customers (Travel to USA/ UK/ etc)
9.) Monthly conference call with clients
10.) Coaching of summer interns/ part-time
11.) Monthly work sharing report writing
