“For fresh grad you will enter as a research associate and get promoted to research executive after 1 year, doing the same thing. In different positions you will handle different stages of the same project. Usually I saw people get promoted after 1-2 years.

– Check reports & tables accuracy
– coordinate with different parties, internally and externally

” The company culture you will feel really depends on which team you got in. Different teams have totally different culture, depending on the management style of your manager.

But overall, most of the people have very hierarchical mindset where people usually handle out with people in the same position or enter in the company at similar time.

Seniors dont really care about the opinions from juniors, its all about work work work. There are a lot of politics between seniors and juniors.
