“教學+行政，招聘廣告話各50%，實際上係各100%，仲要外加推廣、銷售、客服等等
1. 教學上主要負責初中，一日上4堂，每堂75分鐘，每堂人數不定，少則2個，多則25個，人手不變，測考時期要上堂前影印定卷比學生。準備教材方面，要收集學生試卷，打成Word同做答案
2. 行政上，一大堆無謂form要填（例如借卷記錄、打電話記錄等等），每星期一次去正校開會，比腦細檢查，仲要人肉運送筆記返自己分校
3. 推廣，定期有所謂「開放日」，實際上係去中學附近派傳單
4. 銷售，有各種額外收費課程同暑期scheme需要sell，日日要report跑左幾多數同準備點sell d未簽ge學生
5. 客服，set左quota每日最少打電話比1個家長，打完要記錄內容同填form比腦細check；家長投訴/話要唔補都係比你處理，而且未必日日有CSO，要一邊上堂一邊收銀收生聽電話
6. 培訓，每一期開始前中英數都有培訓，出席前要做曬本新筆記，而所謂培訓亦只係班Old seafood輪流出黎講吓本筆記有咩
