There was only one interview, and I was interviewed by three partners in one afternoon. The interview was very poorly arranged – a number of candidates were seated together so do not be surprised if you meet your acquaintance. The candidates were referred to as “the blonde hair” or “the woman with black handbag” or “the woman in blue”…which sounded quite rude to me. The partners were okay.
