Top management will always have unreasonable tasks without any directions given, and it’s a culture in there to humiliate colleagues that they don’t like, such as staff who didn’t shave will be kicked off from the meeting and insulted in front of 20 staff.

Managers above have a clear cut from colleagues with lower grade and titles, a non-official guideline is too minimize unnecessary interaction with colleagues with lower grades, managers only dine with managers or above. Extremely quite in office, you won’t hear chat and laugh in the office but people will only whisper over the phone or simply texting.
