“正常日子 Normal Day:8:30am-5:30pm. It is weird in recruitment industry that you have to get up early and cannot be late for a single minute.
繁忙日子 Busy :8:30am-7:30pm. No matter your sales does, they will ask you what’s happened if you leave at 6:30pm. No OT paid. BTW you have to work on Saturday until you meet the monthly target. It basically makes you back to office on Sat every month.
