These include legal skills, business acumen, relationship building and self-management. They should be hitting a set level each year, so their expected progression is mapped out, and they can see the trajectory you need to maintain. Our Graduate Recruitment & Development Partners and HR are also responsible for the trainees’ training and development over a two-year period. We also oversee the seat change and qualification process, will listen to trainees’ feedback as they undergo their training and facilitate discussion groups.
