• Financial Crime Compliance
• Global Banking
• Insurance, Operations
• Services and Technology
• Retail Banking
• Wealth Management

Ideal candidates should

• Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university
• Less than three years’ working experience
• Excellent written English and Chinese, and fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability
• Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork and integrity
• Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa

恆生銀行屬於香港本地傳統銀行，他們不做海外招聘也不做視像面試也不會打長途電話通知你，所以如果你目前在外國而對恆生的MT感興趣，你需要本地的聯絡電話，還有就是專程飛回來香港面試（如有）。

不少applicants想知本科不是商科畢業的話，還有機會入MT嗎？恆生官方說是歡迎所有學科的，但根據StealJobs 團隊中的ex-MTs經驗所得，去到step 2 HR面試不會因為你是非商科而拒絕你，難度來到step 4/5時會逐漸體現。例如去到 interview 環節，case study題目、問的時事新聞可能對商科類的candidates有利，而對大部分大學本科為商科的candidates 已有一些商業公司的工作經驗，非商科和商科candidates會形成一個明顯的差別。對於非商科的candidates而有意入的MT，SJ 建議是多累積相關的工作經驗、（恆生）實習機會。

恆生MT有8個部門可以選擇，如果還沒有確認未來想發展的方向，不妨先選擇自己最感興趣的部門開始。值得一提的是，銀行的MT program好比培養一個屬於銀行的親生仔，如果你希望短時間內得到快速晉升，MT career path未必和你想的那樣。在恆生，雖然MT為期3年，首8年的晉升相對standard，各MTs機遇不會相差太大。

談到MTs的晉升前景，5年流失率大約維持在50/50，留下的人繼續晉升，離開的人也得到同級或以上的工作機會，也有一些是徹底離開banking的。
