不過socgen始終係法國銀行，唔單止白人至上，基本上係法國人先會上到位。
一般人最多升至VP. 再上基本上清一色french.

SocGen係比較似普通公司/銀行，SGCIB係SocGen 的client.

“基本上入面係分race咁埋堆，lunch都係各自分race咁食。french同french, indian同indian, local同local
同事之前有交流亦friendly,但非同一種族會保持距離
公司由於french話哂事，好多時global嘅策略一啲都唔global,有啲短視
而亦由於公司culture太frechie, 同輩法國同事同法國上司一般非常close,要小心處理，隨時食死貓亦唔出得聲“– Anonymous – 26.7.2017
