“Search CVs according job requirements
Handling staff’s attendance records
Full-spectrum of Administrative Duties
Explaining Employment Contracts
Urgent Document Delivery ” – Anonymous 20.4.2016
“Too many unrelated ad hoc tasks to do.
You haven’t got enough time and information to know about every new job vacancy in depth as CV submission deadlines are always tight, but when you search for suitable candidates and try to call them, you encounter people who wish to know about the vacancy in depth and ask you a lot of questions to which you don’t know the answer.
You are forced to offer job seekers job vacancies with minimum salaries and minimum benefits because you are not the one who decide such matters.Clients are the ones who decide.
However, if an employee is unsatisfied with the work conditions, terms and conditions of employment contracts etc., you are always the one to be blamed by him/her.
Frequently, there are job seekers thanking you when they become employees, but later on they blame you for not introducing better job opportunities to them when they are not satisfied with their work.
Listening to such complaints, you want to get another Recruitment Consultant to help you out for other job opportunities.
However, you fear that you will be just testing other people’s patience. And you feel a little sense of content when you can help some job seekers in despair. “– Anonymous 20.4.2016
