“部門：Social Infrastructure

呢個部門主要做港燈、中電、港鐵Project。呢個部門喺無中層嘅，一喺做咗十幾廿年，一喺就新入職做一、兩年就走，部門唔多人，長期人手不足。

工作內容喺幫[redacted]做哂佢啲野，上左年紀個班基本上唔洗做野又高你幾倍人工，完Project功勞喺上面拎而唔喺低層員工。份工學唔到野的，想學工程就入返main con, client, consultant，無謂留喺度幫公司賺錢浪費自己時間吧。

工作地點偏遠，要番電廠/車廠，交通不方便，環境惡劣，需要零晨工作。

所謂工程師其實喺做工人，送貨、維修落手落腳野都喺你做。錢少事多離家遠 ，位低權輕責任重呢句完全符合呢份工。

基本上每隔幾個月就有人辭職，低級職員辭職都要2至3個月通知期，知咩事啦。

日本公司，上位係講年資，唔喺實力，做到識飛都冇用，人工每年加$100/$200/$300，做中資、港資都好過做日資，入嚟做一定後悔。
